We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead Inflection’s email marketing programs and maximize revenue opportunities from this channel. This is a critical role as we look to capture the full value from the millions of prospects and customers who engage with our Archives and PeopleSmart websites. As the resident email expert, we will look to you to drive improvements in our acquisition, retention and monetization metrics based on email best practices, development of new programs and continuous A/B testing.
Develop email programs to convert prospects into customers and win back former customers.
Maximize revenue from current customers through the use of cross-sells, upsells and specials offers.
Build acquisition email campaigns.
Develop and implement user segmentation of our email database.
Support the Product team’s email efforts aimed at increasing user engagement, providing education and enabling product features.
Work with the IT and Analytics teams to ensure we have the best email delivery and reporting infrastructure.
Use customer research and analytics to understand user behavior and needs, and deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.

Creative marketer with the ability to propose and build new email campaigns and programs
Expert knowledge of email marketing principles and best practices
Passion for A/B testing and optimizing the performance of email programs
Experience building tailored email streams from difference user segments
Working knowledge of email technology
Excellent communication skills and compelling copywriter
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines
Ability to work both collaboratively across functions and independently with an entrepreneurial spirit
Minimum 4 years experience working in e-commerce, direct marketing, or online marketing
