This position is for a Business Systems Management System Administrator and technical troubleshooter on Kenexa ForceTen Learning Content Management System (LCMS) within Boeings Learning, Training and Development (LTD) organization. Qualified candidates should have extensive development experience on the ForceTen LCMS System. Other LCMS experience will be considered as well. Duties include management of user and administrator accounts, configuration LCMS Environments, maintenance and development of new templates, mentoring of new and existing LCMS developers both internal to Boeing and Vendor Partners, insuring that ForceTen courses developed meet LTD quality standards and run in the Boeing Infrastructure on several different operating systems, browser combinations and media plug-in combinations. Applicant needs to have a strong working knowledge of HTML, Java Scripting, Flash and Streaming Video. Applicant needs to be skilled in writing SQL queries and analyzing query results. Working knowledge of building models and reports using the IBM Cognos tool is a plus. Applicant needs a working knowledge of Instructional Systems design and must have expert background experience in eLearning and web course development and lifecycle management. Applicant must be experienced in working highly complex technical issues with teammates, vendors, and internal IT-resources under high pressure production down deadlines. Must have excellent follow through and decision making skills. Must have the ability to weigh critical versus non-critical priorities, and take the necessary course of action which minimizes impact to the user community. A broad background in web hosting, and sustaining with multiple design/development tools is essential to success. Communication, collaboration and teamwork are essential personal skills needed for this position.
