Nitro is hiring an Employee Experience Coordinator. You will elevate the employee experience to new levels of awesomeness by answering employee benefit/perk questions, maintaining employee internal records and assisting with company new hires and on-boarding. You will also assist with various employee experience focused programs and take on other ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.

You have at least 2 years of experience in an HR Admin position within fast-paced professional environments (San Francisco startup experience preferred) are employee focused and responsive. You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to train and communicate with all levels of employees. Your enthusiastic, roll-up-your-sleeves can do attitude, ability to prioritize, multi-task and ability to stay organized while working through complex issues with a high degree of accuracy make you our dream candidate. Add your awesome work ethic, strong Microsoft Office skills, working knowledge of PDF software and a strong knowledge of social media networks and we are in love.
