Staten Island based financial institution with over 150 years of service seeks a part time Employee Relations support person in the Human Resources department.

This position may include but will not be limited to the intake of employee relation issues, typing correspondence, track and enter employee disciplinary actions into our HRIS system, process paperwork for employee movement, conduct exit interviews, participate in investigations as needed, monitor monthly management reports, process audits.

Ideal candidate should posses Associates degree in Human Resources and or 2-4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Administration.

Ability to maintain confidentiality a must.

Computer literate in most MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in ADP Enterprise.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.

Effective interpersonal skills.
