Fair treatment of associates at all levels is important to us and you will be responsible to ensure it happens. You will also be monitoring for compliance with corporate employment policies and Federal State laws by investigating charges of discrimination and harassment. Being proactive, you will be expected to teach field executives how to handle complex personnel issues fairly.
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with primary experience in Employee Relations
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to analyze statistical data; Peoplesoft knowledge preferred
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
