Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business or related field.
1-2 years Human Resources or Employee Relations experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Windows and Microsoft Word.
Relevant HR experience in the area of employee relations
