  • 5 Years Experience Required
  • The Employee Services Assistant is responsible for providing superior customer service to Helping Hands customers. Primary responsibilities for Helping Hands include, delivering professional and customer friendly concierge services, handling and managing large sums of inventory and cash, and maintaining data in applicable systems for tracking and validation. Additionally, the Employee Service Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Services Department to include Rewards and Recognition events. The Employee Services Assistant reports to the Employee Services Supervisor and performs all related duties as requested.

    High School Diploma required.

    Associates Degree or 5 years of administrative, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and customer service experience required. Benefits background and bilingual skills preferred.
