The Program Director of Employment Training Programs develops and administers the strategies that successfully advance the day-to-day functioning of the Department. This includes ensuring program compliance with funders and agency guidelines, expectations, benchmarks and procedures. This leader is responsible for program development and evaluation, as well as, staff supervision and training.

- Bachelors Degree in Sociology, Human Resource, Human Service or related field from an accredited college or university in the United States or its territories.
- At least four years of experience in a management role in a Social Service Agency setting required. Experience in a Workforce Development program, preferred.
- Supervisory experience and Computer Literacy is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Good communication skills.
Computer Literacy & Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Responsible for complying with time frames, Ability to work with minimum supervision, Professional Computer literacy required and mastery of Microsoft applications.
