This position will serve as Program Educator in the Fort Drum Program area, as the Employment Readiness Program Educator.

This position will assist in the management and implementation of the Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP).

The Educator will: assist in planning, implementing, teaching, and evaluating the FMEAP; assist in the evaluation and impacts of FMEAP using a variety of assessment tools; communicate with supervisors, colleagues, and customers; and support the professional goals and ethics of the FMEAP.

This position will support program activities and requirements consistent with ACS and program accreditation standards. The Educator will assist other Cornell Extension Program Educators with the development and implementation of educational programs as appropriate, and will serve as a member of the Fort Drum Program area.

Will communicate with colleagues, customers, Association leaders, and government officials in a professional manner.

Will appreciate and embrace diversity in all interactions with clientele, staff, volunteers, and the public.

This position is responsible for carrying out other professional duties as assigned to fulfill the policies and priorities of the Association.

Associate's Degree and 2 years related volunteer or work experience; or High School Diploma and 4 years volunteer or work experience.
