Coordinates employment related needs within the Mary Free Bed system. Recruits high quality candidates to fill job openings, assists leaders with retention programs, conducts exit interviews and analysis of employee turnover. Works with hiring managers to modify job descriptions, essential qualifications and key responsibilities. Drafts job ads and language to engage high achievers and follow them through the recruitment process. Designs and implements strategies to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent, including social media recruitment. Designs and implements internship programs that meets the needs of MFB and are attractive to college candidates. Identifies colleges, and universities, and professional associations that will best meet our needs for the future, and evaluating existing relationships for efficiency and effectiveness. Recruits, interviews and screens interns, and new grads, and seasoned experts on assigned openings and recommends candidates for further consideration. Organizes and staffs on-campus and association recruiting; identifies and coordinates functional participation in events. Builds and maintains strong relationships with local college, university and association Career Services, key contacts, faculty, administrators, student groups and social media presence and networks. Influences managers decision making, and candidates inter and pursuit of Mary Free Bed. Proactively researches, investigates and recommends innovative sourcing strategies, including social media nuances. Develops and monitors key metrics and costs related to the recruiting/retention function
Essential Job Qualifications:
-- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
-- 3-5 years of broad, diversified recruiting and staffing experience
-- Previous campus recruiting experience preferred
-- Demonstrated project management experience with ability to effectively roll out programs
-- Strong relationship skills
-- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands concurrently
-- Excellent interviewing skills and strong written and oral communication skills
-- Knowledge of behavior-based interview techniques
-- Experience tracking processes and developing recruiting metrics
-- Understands technology, sourcing, and has honed in some innovative search skills to recruit key talent.
-- Demonstrated recruitment strategy, sourcing and social media expertise.
-- Strong Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems experience.
