End User Support Technician
Our client has an immediate need for an End User Support Technician.
The End User Support Technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs and upgrades computer equipment. Lifting and moving equipment and other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred. Must have a minimum of five years related experience. Must have a good knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems. Must possess analytical skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and customer service skills required.
A+ certification or similar certification is a must have.
Must have the ability to lift 40 pounds.
