The Engagement Coordinator will support internal business units of our key client in ensuring that each contingent worker has a National User ID (NUID). This position will also engage in audit check points to ensure that the names match the records and that the appropriate individuals are obtaining a NUID within client compliance policies and guidelines.
This position provides on-boarding support to the contingent workers of 100+ suppliers contracted through the Bartech Group.
Required Skills
Support applications such as Fieldglass and other in-house or external applications as required
Audit records to ensure accuracy of the legal name of the contingent worker and associated data
Communicate and document issues as they pertain to essential support and service
Perform routine tasks as they concern the overall operation of the function and are performed
Review all open requests and update and resolve on a daily basis
Document, execute, and resolve the customer's issues based upon current service response and resolution times. (Service Level Agreements)
Monitor all pertinent support queues to ensure work is moving in a timely and reasonable pace
Take appropriate action by notifying responsible parties of any potential bottlenecks, potential service level agreement failures, and breech of Client or Bartech policies and procedures
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Required Experience
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year professional support experience
Minimum of 1 year of staffing industry experience (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to work between multiple data bases
Ability to work in a team and fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and eye for detail
Ability to recognize and respond quickly to critical matters
Ability to troubleshoot applications in a methodical and rational manner
Ability to think logically and abstractly
Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts, ideas, and theories
Strong communication skills-oral and written
Ability to organize and follow instructions
Education:
Associates degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree a plus
