We are looking for qualified individuals to join our team of consulting professionals and help shape the program’s development.
Engagement Ownership/Client Management
: Own a portfolio of engagements, driving approach, strategy, and insight generation
Supervise team of analysts through member engagements in quantitative analysis and insight generation. Act as long-term mentor for specific analysts, including coaching, development, and performance reviews/ratings
Delivery of Quantitative/Qualitative Analysis
: Leverage proprietary quantitative and qualitative analysis to partner with clients, build recommendations and implement strategies
: Contribute to a wide range of internal ‘Business Building’ activities e.g. develop marketing strategy, support recruiting efforts, guide training/development approach, design new service offerings, etc.
Graduate degree(s) preferred
4-10 years of collective work experience; 2-5 years at a leading strategy or management consulting firm preferred
Demonstrated quantitative analysis skills
Strong client relationship management skills
Strong project management skills- ability to coordinate multiple engagements simultaneously and prioritize demands
Advanced presentation skills- able to facilitate discussion with senior client teams
Proficiency in MS Office
