As a member of the MyBuys Professional Services team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of our SaaS eMarketing solution (e.g., web recommendations, email-based product recommendations, retargeting Internet advertisements).
This role is directly tied to client results and the key performance metrics for MyBuys. Responsibilities:

- Gathering business requirements, identifying needs, as well as developing, presenting and managing project plans
- Identifying and proactively resolving implementation issues
- Leading pre-sales discovery and technical evaluation sessions with prospective clients
- Identifying and implementing process and tool innovations and improvements
- BA, BS or MBA from an accredited university
- 2 years proven ability to manage a portfolio of technical implementation projects from requirements gathering through roll-out
- Passion for delivering projects that exceed client expectations
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams (vendors, clients, partners)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and execute on day-to-day requests
- Positive attitude and thirst for innovation
- Experience in ecommerce, marketing, internet advertising, or personalization is a plus
- Formal technical training or education is a plus
