Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. Possess 24 months experience in the position or related occupation. Possess at least 24 months of experience in analog design. Must have the following skill set (as evidenced by experience or graduate level coursework): high speed or high linearity signal processing circuits (data converters, amplifiers, filters), nanometer-scale technologies (180 nm or smaller), CMOS analog circuit design, analog simulation using Spice or Spectre, and analog transistor layout. Must pass company technical review.

Description:
Multiple openings available. Responsible for designing and verifying Complementary Metal-oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) high-speed and high-linearity analog circuits at the transistor level; inputting schematics and running spice simulations using both schematic and layout extracted netlists; inputting layouts using LAKER and Cadence Virtuoso tools; performing physical verification on the layouts such as Design Rules Checks (DRC) and Layout Versus Schematic checks (LVS); extracting post-layout simulation netlists from layouts; generating design review packages and presenting simulation results at design reviews; and supporting lab testing and debugging of data converters. Apply familiarity with RF design principles and concerns to help design high-speed circuits.
