Aids in data gathering, design, estimating, proposal and implementation of reliability programs and projects. Assissts or installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs all facilities mechanical/electrical systems, apparatus, and components of industrial machinery.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Work within cGMP manufacturing and safety procedural guidelines. Document work in detail on work orders. Accurately records work in equipment log books and controlled documentation. Makes notes and corrections to procedures, manuals and drawings as per procedures.
Read and interpret drawings and schematics. Uses frequently as a troubleshooting reference tool and returning equipment to as designed condition. Ability to update as required for change control and accuracy.
Utilize IR, VA, UT, MCA, OA, RCFA and other reliability technologies hands-on and assisting with management of these programs.
Perform preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance activities relative to equipment in the reliability program
Perform or assist other maintenance personell with alingment, balancing and or repairs primarily with equipment in the reliability program.
Work within the CMMS system to Iniate work orders, review equipment history and closing out work orders.
Lead & Support Roles in Maintenance Department with hands-on training.
Assist and review, in the writing of PM's on new and existing equipment.
Obtain quotes for repair/replacement of equipment in the reliability program.
Five (5) to ten (10) years experience in facilities maintenance in an manufacturing facility, preferably in the pharmaceutical indusrty preferred.
Supervisory or crew/job project leadership experience preferred.
Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in three (3) of the desirable areas below below and have basic concepts of the other areas.
Vibration Analysis (VA) - Desirable

Infrared Thermography (IR) - Desirable
Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) - Desirable
Ultrasonic Measurement - (UTM) - Desirable
Oil Analysis - (OA) - Desirable
Equipment Re-design/Improvement - Desirable
Maintenance/Engineering Trainer expertise - Desirable
Remote Balancing - Desirable
Precision rotating shaft and sheave alignment - Desired
CMMS - (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Desirable
Non-Destructive Test - (NDT) - Desirable
Basic Electrical/Electronic - Required
Computer Applications - Word, Xcel, Internet - Required
