Education preferred: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields

Experience or Skill must include:
. Hardware design, design flow and design verification
. Good Understanding of technical standard and specifications such as DDR, HSIC and NAND Flash.
. Verilog RTL coding and proficient script writing
. dynamic and static timing analysis
. high speed digital circuits design, understanding of SerDesers is a plus
. IP integration and SOC flow

Description:
. Design and verify high speed digital circuitry for dram and nand flash interfaces
. Design flow setup and maintain
. Write/maintain design documentation
. Implement the design in verilog and schematics, and work with the teammate to verify the design
in terms of functionality and performance requirements.
. Work with back-end and layout engineers on macro- and chip-level floor-planning, power planning,
macro and standard cell placement, in-place-optimization, design rule checks and post-layout timing
analysis.
. IP release and library delivery to projects
. Assistant in Integration works of dram PHY and Nand PHY to projects
. Conduct test plans to identify functional problems and performance issues with the silicon during
the chip evaluation process
