Scientific Research Corporation, a leading Research and Development Company providing innovative solutions focused on advanced commercial technologies in the development of wireless communications, information, and sensor systems for the Department of Defense Service Sector, Government and Commercial industries, has an exciting career opportunity for an Engineer I, located in Alexandria, VA.

Applies engineering expertise to address T&E infrastructure issues that support distributed test events, to eventually include technical and programmatic lead responsibilities for assigned activities and functions.
  • Authors, reviews, edits and/or contributes to development, production and presentation of Joint Mission Environment Test Capability (JMETC) Program briefings, reports, studies, papers, and/or products as directed.
  • Provides management of the Wiki Website for the JMETC Program to include page updates (new pages, design updates, lessons learned updates), and administration for Mailman, Group Page, and the Organization?s group page.
  • Supports Program Management Office administration tasks as assigned.

SKILLS DESIRED:
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Proficient with website and web portal development and maintenance
  • Ability to apply technical reasoning to solve program management problems
  • Ability to work under direct supervision, independently, and as a team member
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
