Description of Duties/Qualifications
Write and review procedures work instructions, etc. in accordance with company policies, procedures, government rules, regulations, etc.
Interface with company and outside contacts to complete assignments, answer complaints, resolve problems and take corrective action.
Complete supplier and company surveys, audit the company and supplier quality systems, determine problems and take corrective action.
Process development and validation reviews and assemble technical files, following established procedures.
Calibrate tools, equipments, etc., conduct audits, coordinate systems.
Maintain files, logs, records, etc. and fill out forms, complete reports and required paperwork.
Perform other related duties as required by management.
Three to five years in a quality systems environment.
Bachelor degree in engineering with additional training in quality systems or equivalent.
