Production forecasting and reserve evaluation for International Non-Operated assets, and other assets as needed. Development of gross technical production, opex and capex forecasts, and generation of net reserve changes based on gross technical changes.

Completion of internal reserve booking process using PEEP and petroLOOK.

Participation in technical reserve review process and post-review follow-up.

Development & support of economic models in Excel and PEEP for non-operated assets.

Planning and Analysis (project evaluation, AFE, etc) for assets as needed.

Evaluate and recommend new projects/production optimization plans. Maintain strong working relationships and communications with foreign affiliates.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of reservoir engineering experience.

Understanding of project economics and spreadsheet-based economic modeling.

Perform production analysis, decline curve analysis, EUR predictions, reserve estimation.

Experience with reserve determination techniques and knowledge of the SEC reserve and resource definitions/practices.

Familiarity with reservoir surveillance programs (e.g. OFM, DSS).

Familiarity with Merak PEEP or other economic evaluation software.

Strong analytical and computer skills (familiarity with computer programming is a plus, familiarity with database manipulation and/or SQL is a plus).

Experience in project evaluation, budgeting, AFE writing and follow up.

Ability to interact effectively with cross functional team members and outside personnel at various levels of responsibility, and handle a variety of roles within a multidisciplinary team.

Ability to produce quick and sound results with limited data under the pressure of tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle several concurrent projects.

Sound presentation skills and able to represent work at meetings with internal and external organizations.

Must be self-motivated and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel outside US.

Requirements:
BS in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent; MBA desirable
