Job Description: This position serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the second level (Tier2) technical support team. This position carries out planned configuration changes in the network on SGSN, GGSN and DNS nodes. The changes include but are not limited to software upgrades, BSC/RNC rehomes, Gb and Iu over IP conversions, SGSN in pool activities and GGSN configuration changes for deep packet inspection and rulespace modifications.
