AAI has an immediate opening for an Engineering Aide who will assist project engineering personnel in various support activities including:
1. Performs various forms of data collection and entry.
2. Performs system computer operation.
3. Performs various project clerical and support tasks.
4. Performs software coding efforts for simplistic applications.
5. Practices Total Quality principles and concepts.
Requires three years experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, or ordering.
Experience with logistics systems such as TAMMS, ELAS, or COLTS highly desired.
Must be eligible for a Secret clearance with the federal government.
High school diploma plus some college courses.
Ability to apply basic math skills.
Personal computer skills. (e.g., word processing and spreadsheets)
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize in order to meet schedules.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work well with others employing Team AAI principles
7. Valid drivers license
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)., Non-U.S. persons selected must meet eligibility requirements for access to export-restricted information. , The ITAR/EAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
