Under general supervision, performs entry level technical engineering work in office and field, and performs related work as required.

Performs inspection of roadway and utility construction activities. Works on survey crew staking curb and gutter, street and utility construction projects. Completes Pavement Management Rating Field Surveys. Completes A.D.A. Americans with Disabilities Act Inspections. Performs other duties as apparent or assigned.
