1. Develop wafer level lens process technologies to meet advanced product requirements.
2. Transfer technologies developed by the process development team to the production team and ensure the implementation of new technologies.
3. Monitor advanced product programs and projects from initiation through delivery; interface with internal customers and field-based employees on product deployment and technology planning.
4. Assign and monitor work by project and program management staff and provide technical supervision and direction.
Master’s degree in Physics, Optics or Mechanical Engineering, and four years of experience in the job offered or in wafer level optical product and process development
Experience in wafer-level lens and camera technology, metrology methodology development, yield maintenance for optical product, and lithography related processes
Experience using Matlab and AutoCAD
