Job Description

The Engineering Supervisory will asist the Engineering Management team with the supervision of the department. In this role you will also be responsible for repair and service of all mechanical equipment in property including refrigeration equipment. The Engineering Supervisor will lead by example when taking care of our guests needs and requests.

Requirements

Education:
High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's Degree or related technical school degree preferred.

Experience:
One to Two years supervisory hotel experience in a 300+ room property desired.
Working knowledge of electrical, energy management, plumbing, HVAC required

Licenses or Certificates:
Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.
Must possess, or have the ability and experience to acquire, a first class operating engineer's license in boilers and air conditioning as required.

Grooming:
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Starwood standards
