Serves the Office of the University Registrar by providing database analysis, performs programming to improve report generation and supports systems development for technologies used in the students' academic records database environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and other database reporting programs. Knowledge of effective customer service techniques when working with a diverse group of technical and non-technical people.

Demonstrated ability to effectively use tables, views and rules within a database. Demonstrated ability to implement, monitor and maintain database security. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies in hardware and software. Demonstrated ability to train end-users on database systems and create effective training documents. Demonstrated ability to employ effective time management techniques for a fast paced environment.
Experience in a higher education setting and SunGard's Banner administrative system. Master's Degree.
Occasional overtime required.
