The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to asynchronous programs offered through the Office of Military Distance Learning programs.
Knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques. Knowledge of information systems and other computer related software used to prepare correspondence, create and maintain spreadsheets, manipulate data and produce reports. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and decision making skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to maintain paper and/or electronic records.
Experience processing admissions and registrations in an institution of higher education. Experience using Banner. Some college coursework in a related field.
30 hours per week - Monday-Friday 8 AM - 2:30 PM
Hourly (wage) employees may only work 1500 hours during their employment year. This position does not have health insurance, retirement or leave.
