As an Enterprise Information Management Engineer in the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team, you are responsible for working with business partners to analyze, design/create, and align enterprise information processes. You will also conduct analytics to define best practices for your area of focus, including baseline metrics and to-be goals, and recommending process improvements. You will work to design and create new EI systems or improve existing systems, create EI design documentation, testing/training scenarios, and execute deployment. You will manage and/or participate in project teams that create or consume EI systems / processes. You will be an expert on current EI processes and systems; identify, recommend, and drive EI process improvements; and serve as a EI consultant on these processes and systems for partners and customers. You will maintain interim EI systems and interfaces through IS support integration (if applicable).

Responsibilities and Tasks

- Ability to influence and manage peers and operational managers (leading without authority)
- Support Enterprise Information (EI) Design/Creation, Analysis, and Alignment
- Document As-Is and create To-Be EI processes for the areas of focus
- Complete gap analysis on current EI processes
- Review potential solutions through industry and internal benchmarks
- Define human elements within the design (e.g., screen design for efficiencies, geographic location of human resources)
- Collaborate with business partners to document their respective EI process requirements
- Project Manager (as required) utilizing established Project Management methodologies

Conduct Analysis

- Determine best practice for EI area of focus
- Clarify Customer and/or Partner EI request
- Provide as-is Enterprise Information quality metrics
- Research internal or external Enterprise Information
- Present EI data results, conclusions, and recommendations to EI stakeholders and leadership

Design and Improve EI Systems

- Develop EI system process and logic
- Manage EI interactions and impact to current systems, and alignment opportunities
- Create design EI documentation and software specifications (as required)
- Define EI testing and training scenarios

Provide EI Consultation, Expertise, and Research

- Maintain EI expertise on current processes and systems
- Act as a EI consultant or liaison to partners and customers
- Conduct internal and external research to identify benchmarks for EI capabilities
- Respond to EI questions and requests from partners and customers

Technical Maintenance EIM systems

- Maintain internally developed EI systems and interfaces
- Enable integration of interim systems and interfaces to IS support (as applicable)

Experience Required:

2 years experience in any of the following: Information Systems/Technology; Planning/Forecasting; Supply Chain

Education Required:

Bachelors Degree in one of following desciplines:

- Computer Information Systems
- Engineering - Industrial
- Engineering - Manufacturing
- Production and Operations Management (POM)
- Supply Chain Management

Desired Certification:

- Project Management
