Position Summary

The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (E-ISR) is an important element of A10 Networks sales organizations. As an E-ISR you will utilize your sales talents, and work closely with your Field Sales teams and Channel Partners to identify qualify and close sales transactions to achieve quota objectives.

Essential Job Functions

Develop and execute sales campaigns that result in forecasted opportunity growth

Generate sales transactions leveraging phone, email, Web-based presentations, and all available inside sales, field sales, and channel sale resources

Work closely with aligned field and channel sales teams to implement territory plans

Understand customer needs and demonstrate good judgment in making recommendations for solutions

Enable and leverage channel partners

Follow up on inbound enterprise account interest and targeted marketing campaigns

Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and sale teams

Consistently generate a high level of outbound prospecting activity

Maintain an up to date technical understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions

Utilize CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities

Coordinate corporate and operational resources as necessary to move transactions forward

Meet quarterly performance and quota goals


4+ years previous Inside Sales or Lead Generation experience

Knowledge of networking, security, data center hardware/software

Proven track record of exceeding quota

Has substantial understanding of transaction qualification processes and sales cycles

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Excellent presentation skills

Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tool

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred
