Supports the ERM department regarding all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program.
•Assists with the identification and management of risks and controls throughout the organization.
•Partners with business unit management to prepare risk self-assessments, including analyzing the stated controls, identifying gaps, and creating action plans.
•Collects Key Risk Indicators and other data provided by the business line owners to prepare risk reports.
•Support the ERM department in creating presentations to Executive Management for risk reporting, training, etc.
•Provides technical support for the internal ERM data warehouse.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
•Bachelors degree; Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
•5+ years of relevant work experience (enterprise risk management, audit, project management or related experience required.)
•Requires well-rounded knowledge of the banking industry, regulations, and operations.
•Able to manage and execute multiple complex projects within required timelines and expectations required. Ability to work independently in a continuously changing environment required.
•Excellent communication, influence, conceptual thinking and analytical skills are required.
•Advanced PC/systems skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
