Enterprise Sales Lead, SHIFT Strategic Partnerships Team The Enterprise Sales team at SHIFT is at the cutting edge of technology and marketing, helping to solve the challenges that face marketing organizations large and small. We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead to lead our efforts in distributing the SHIFT platform to various organizations. The ESL will be responsible for strategically identifying, developing and qualifying opportunities across several territories and named accounts. We are looking for passionate and ambitious candidates who are able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and help make SHIFT the leading collaboration network for digital marketers and agencies.
This position will be based in Santa Monica, CA. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for the enterprise sales pipeline Create and prioritize strategic target account lists across multiple territories Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e.: building relationships, strategic communication) Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts Exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business Requirements 3-4 years of professional experience in a technology, sales, and/or account management Proven track record of achieving above quota with 3+ years experience selling GRC, ERP, CRM or other complex enterprise software platforms selling to lines of business executives Highly personable and influential; able to sell ideas to developers and product leaders Exceptional written and oral communication skills Deep passion for the SHIFT platform, digital marketing, and working with developers
