The Enterprise Security Renewals Rep works with Sales, Order Fulfillment, Finance, Support, and other functions as needed to ensure all orders are transacted accurately, in a timely manner, and comply with the order processing guidelines.
As well as understanding all the business processes related to opportunities, quotes and orders, this function ensures the accuracy of data needed for robust sales reporting, order and billing processing, and customer/partner management.
Process all order types including but not limited to evaluations, evaluation conversions, purchases, renewals, transfers and RMAs.
Follow up on existing customer leads generated by marketing
Engage customers in advance to transact annual service/support renewals
Plan and co-ordinate web based and onsite demos for prospects
Manage multiple calendars and coordinate complex schedules.
Ensure all relevant paperwork for processing an order is submitted and complies with order guidelines.
Ensure appropriate approvals are in place before processing an order.
Initiate a trade compliance screen process and screen orders prior to shipment.
Work closely with the order fulfillment team to provide insight on orders and help prioritize shipments.
Strong understanding of historical and new orders as well as customer and partner base.
Understanding our license mechanism and approval processes.
Document order management processes and update documents as processes evolve.
Manage partner accounts, contracts and processes in SalesForce.
Provide orders visibility to the sales team and management as needed.
Monitor & cleanse sales order database as needed.
Understand the order fulfillment procedures.
Proper work ethic, and attention to detail, arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared.
To ensure that a good general understanding and knowledge of products and services is maintained at all times. Ensuring customer queries can be dealt with effectively.
Must have strong written and verbal English and one other or more language communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate ThreatTracks value via the phone
Must be organized, detail and process oriented
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.
Ability to use Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other on-line tools effectively
Experience dealing with customer issues, challenges, complaints, and having the savvy to escalate when appropriate
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with significant skills in advanced use of EXCEL
Ideally, the candidate will have an understanding of revenue recognition policies and trade compliance knowledge
