About the company
Our client, providers of property management software to the New York City market, is seeking a sales professional to help launch an exciting new product in the second half of 2013.
Initial responsibilities will include becoming a product expert and selling the new solution into our existing client base, but will eventually evolve into selling our complete suite of products to new prospects. Our clients Software is a complex, enterprise level solution so the ability to grasp and explain difficult concepts is a requirement. Comfort with cold calling is also an absolute must.
Who we are looking for
2-4 years of professional sales experience
College degree is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred
The aptitude and desire to learn a complex software product
A proven ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas
Track record of professionalism and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to conduct effective group and web presentations
Demonstrated ability to manage an expense account and to stay on budget
Eagerness and proven ability to make cold/warm phone calls
