The Enterprise Solution Architect will lead the evolution of an integrated architecture across Benjamin Moore & Co by maintaining and governing the Enterprise Systems and Information Assets. In an environment of significant change, there will be sufficient opportunity to evolve the enterprise architecture that positions the company for growth and expansion.
Lead the analysis of the current environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
Maintain and govern an integrated view of the business systems, technology assets, and information flows, internally and externally
Collaborate with leaders to establish architecture guidelines and principles. Lead and facilitate the creation of governing principles to guide decision making and help to ensure that the optimal governance structure are in place. Promote the outcomes and results to the organization
Collaborate with leaders to determine business needs, information, applications, technology architecture services and long term plans while helping to ensure integration with strategic plans
Creating architectural and technology roadmaps that result in stronger business/IT alignment and that drive adoption and value
Provide relevant facts, governance, approval and insight for creation of effective technology strategy and agenda
Assess the influence of external factors on strategic objectives and oversee technology related research, benchmarks, and improve performance
Mentor business and systems analysts in business/IT alignment and technology direction
Evaluate and propose new strategic technologies
Stay abreast of technology trends, sense the changing technology landscape, and bring innovation and ideas into the company

Minimum seven to ten years of experience in multiple IT disciplines such as technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, business analysis within a multitier organization
Exposure to business systems in various functions such as Sales, Operations, and Finance.
Must be an individual contributor and results oriented
Focus on relationship building, ability to work with other leaders and peers across the organization.
Should be comfortable working in a rapidly transforming organization
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments and familiarity with information management practices and the ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
Experience translating business needs into architectural requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field of study from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
