This position is the only administrative role within a small sales based
organization. It primarily supports the CEO but may support one to two other
Sales executives. Since it’s a small office the position includes anything from
answering phones, to heavy calendar work, interfacing with clients, creating
forms, creating contracts, updating PowerPoint presentations, and other duties
as needed.
This role
requires an upbeat and professional personality as it may require some client
interaction. From an experience standpoint they would like to see someone whose
work history shows an entrepreneurial flair with at least two years
Administrative experience. Preferably, but not required, is someone who has
been in Sales support or previously worked in a small office.
The position includes a base salary plus generous bonus. Both men and women are
