In this role, you will ensure that the net asset values (NAVs) of our clients' portfolios are accurately calculated and properly disseminated in a timely and efficient manner. Furthermore, as an Investment Operations Specialist, you will collect data from which client-customized reporting and report cards are produced. Entry Level Investment Operations Specialist Job Responsibilities As an Investment Operations Specialist for State Street, you will coordinate with internal teams to support and provide daily operations oversight for our Insurance and Mutual Fund clients. You will also generate information for our clients, including daily funds and product performance reports as well as other client-specific reports. Monitoring customer dashboards and finalizing net asset value calculations will also be part of your agenda. Additional responsibilities for the Investment Operations Specialist include: Assisting with data collection for risk/compliance reporting Monitoring the daily service delivery of Shared Service teams Maintaining appropriate documents required for fund audits Remaining familiar with back-up procedures when system applications and/or other transmission problems arise Possibly offering online support for various client-facing applications Entry Level Investment Operations Specialist
