SpinGo is looking for an entry-level content production specialist who can help us make sure that everything we publish is maintained at the highest quality. You'll become an expert in our content management system and keep a watchful eye on our online content to ensure links are always working, information is accurate, images are current, and inactive or irrelevant content is retired when needed. You think like a tester, read like an editor, and always pay attention to the details. You do your part to help our content team meet every publishing deadline.

About You
Puzzle master: piece together the clues to get to the root cause and then fix it everywhere.
Edit on the fly: every page you touch gets a quick once-over to continually ensure the integrity of our content.
Deadline-oriented: skilled communicator who sets expectations and meets deadlines with ease.
Room to grow: we'll look for opportunities to expand this role and your skill set to meet our business needs, so come prepared to train up in the world of content.

About The Job
Quality assurance: you make sure our content is always accurate, up-to-date, and consistent. When requests come your way, respond, verify, and then close the loop so everyone knows you're on it.
Teacher: keep fixing the same issue over and over again? Speak up about common or trending issues to help make every piece of content better before it goes out the door.
Team member: play well with others, lend a hand where you can, get your hands dirty when needed, and contribute to the collective success of SpinGo.
Reach out and talk to people: Call or send an email verifying public submitted content. Provide them with the opportunity to enhance their content or upgrade to a premiered listing.

Other Requirements
Strong academic record: we are looking for people who excelled in school; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
Liberal Arts degree: we want someone with a background in English, writing, or communications who has an eye for copyediting, and some intellectual interests and panache, too.
Technical acumen: individuals with an aptitude or interest in content management systems and tools are desired. Basic knowledge of HTML and the ability to manipulate images in Photoshop or Illustrator is a HUGE plus.
Survival skills: your toolbox includes dealing with ambiguity and gettin' scrappy.

The successful applicant will provide a cover letter, resume, and one idea for making SpinGo better. Apply to jobs@spingo.com
