This is a unique opportunity located in Highlands Ranch to join an innovative and respected recruiting team supporting a top engineering consulting firm. This is a mid-level corporate recruiter position with opportunity for professional growth and development.

In order to maintain these high standards, this position requires exceptional communication skills and a fundamental understanding of professional services. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Consistently maintain a requisition load of approximately 25 - 35 requisitions, with full cycle recruiting and placement completed within 30-60 days.
  • Act as a recruiting-business partner with assigned hiring managers to develop effective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies that result in client satisfaction.
  • Utilize creative, professional recruiting methods to identify and recruit top-performing candidates for open positions
  • Screen, qualify and present candidates to assigned hiring managers.
  • Become knowledgeable about ARCADIS, company, industry, projects, talent requirements
  • Define sourcing and recruiting strategies to achieve staffing goals
  • Maintain efficient and effective communications that support the recruiting activity
  • Work with supervisors to create the job descriptions and requirements for their open positions
  • Develop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines and job boards as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates
  • Review resumes and match applicants to job requisitions
  • Phone screening/interviewing candidates
  • Ensure candidates are moving through the recruit-to-hire process in a timely manner
  • Schedule candidate travel and interviews, collect and process Employment Applications
  • Ensure company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting, and hiring practices
  • Meet with management and recruiting staff on a regular basis to collaborate on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pool
  • Perform reference checks upon request
  • Work with supervisors to complete offer approval forms and extend offers
  • Maintain and document candidate and supervisor communications and activity status within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) database using Kenexa BrassRing ATS
  • Communicate with potential candidates to obtain forms required to be considered for project related work.
  • Other staffing responsibilities as required
Typical positions for recruitment include civil engineers, environmental engineers, environmental scientists, geologists, program management and construction management professionals, remediation and field specialists and some corporate services positions such as HR and IT

This position is located in Highlands Ranch. Local candidates only, no relocation or candidate travel reimbursement for this position.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum years of experience: 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
  • Education required: Bachelors or equivalent
  • Skills required: Full cycle recruiting knowledge from requisition creation through hiring
Experience handling/managing confidential information with discretion

  • Internal customer service focused experience
  • Experience working in a deadline driven environment
  • Must have proven successful experience using MS Outlook, Email, Calendar, MS Word
  • Experience using an applicant tracking (ATS) experience , preferably Brass Ring
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Years of experience preferred: 7 + years of experience
  • Registrations/Certifications preferred: PHR, CIR
  • Skills preferred:
  • Kenexa BrassRing ATS experience
  • Recruiting experience in the A/E/C industry, proven success in recruiting scientists and engineers in a consulting industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements, federal selection guidelines, and federal laws regarding employment hiring practices
  • Experience in utilizing internet recruiting technologies and building candidate pipelines
  • This position does require travel. Travel amount is negligible.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
  • This position does not manage others.
