Bachelors degree in a science related field required; Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety or Fire Prevention desired;
3 years experience in a professional office environment required;
One year oil and gas industry experience desired;
Basic knowledge of safety compliance (OSHA, State Oil and Gas Agencies, Workers Compensation, Safety Training, etc.) desired;
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy required;
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple, simultaneous tasks required;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Word) required;
Strong proficiency in basic computer operations with the ability to quickly learn and adapt software applications to needs required;
Ability to effectively communicate with both office and field personnel required;
Valid driver's license with good driving record required;
Minimal travel required.
