Air Program Management
- Work with Operations to
- Monitor / Measure / Report QEPFS State / Region Program Performance as directed by Air Team Lead & State/Regional Engineer
- Support Quarterly / Annual Management Review of Air Programs
- Support Air Business Plan for State / Region
• Air Program Business Performance
- Assemble and Report Program Costs and Budget as needed
- Assemble & Report Asset HSE Management Data & Information
• Air Management Systems & Information Systems
- Utilize Air Management Systems (SMS) / Processes to manage / support Air Programs
- Document Air Program as needed to demonstrate Company & Compliance performance goals-objectives / requirements
- Utilize Information Management processes to manage information / data / reporting and other documents
• Permits / Plans Management ( applications, modifications, renewals )
- Assemble /& Verify supporting information for permit management needs
- Support State Air Permit Management Plan
• O&M Tactical Action Execution
- Perform assigned tactical actions
- Support Operations to execute tactical actions
- Monitor / Assist / Support consultants to execute tactical actions
• Emissions Management (modeling, ops measurements, tracking)
- Support / Assist Operations to perform field measurements
- Provide field / site specifics information req’d for Emissions measurements / tracking
• Compliance Management (documentation, reporting, compliance certifications)
- Know compliance requirements at each site
- Assist compliance action execution / documentation at each site
- Assist with Compliance Reports
• Gov’t Interaction (inquires / inspections / incidents)
- Assemble site-specific information to address inquiries / inspections / incidents
- Participate in Gov’t inspections as needed
- Assemble information to address
• Risk Management (Incidents, Gov’t/Legal non-conformance/suits)
- Assist Operations with incidents follow-up
- Assemble / communicate information as basis to define/assess the risk / incident aspects / impacts
- Implement requirements / agreed actions
• Governance (QEP Policy/Commitment, Sr. Mgmt Assurance, internal audits)
- Perform/report “surgical” audits of compliance execution
- Participate in internal audits
• Documentation Management (records retention)
- Know required documentation for site-specific tactical actions
- Review compliance documentation completeness / accuracy / timeliness
- Ensure required documentation for compliance is generated and filed per schedule
• B.S. Engineering preferred. (i.e., environmental, Chemical, Civil, etc.)
• Working knowledge of USEPA & State ( CO / WY / UT / NDK / OK, LA, TX ) State USEPA Air Programs
• Experience in US Midstream Operations in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, North Dakota, and/or Louisiana
• Experience utilizing ACTS Air Information System
• Ability to balance Air Program Administration with Field Activities
• Ability to organize, evaluate and report Air Program data, information and program performance information
• Ability to effectively represent QEPFS in interactions with Government Officials/Representatives
• Ability to Travel within the designated operational region
