This position is responsible for collaborating with the Corporate EHS team and global facilities to establish company-wide EHS strategies and goals; and creating internal partnerships to help integrate EHS values and practices across the business.

Responsibilities include:
Providing technical direction and support to promote compliance with global environmental laws, regulations, company policies and standards
Developing processes, tools and training modules to help minimize environmental risks, educate and engage associates
Assisting with evaluating the environmental performance of facilities
Supporting environmental sustainability goals relating to pollution prevention, waste minimization and management, and energy conservation

Provide guidance to facilities on environmental compliance requirements and company standards
Support strategies to improve environmental visibility, engagement of management, and active associate participation
Champion the implementation and use of a data management solution to improve EHS data integrity institutionalize knowledge and increase accountability
Analyze environmental data to measure progress toward meeting goals and identify areas needing attention
Work with facilities to implement and improve environmental management systems using the ISO 14001 Standard as guidance
Deliver training programs to educate associates on their responsibilities in environmental management
Assist with EHS assessments at global facilities to ensure conformance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Monitor the completion of action plans.

Requirments:
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Mgt, Engineering, Science or related with 2 years experience.

Master's Degree in Environmental Mgt, Engineering, Science or related with 0-3 years experience.

Preferred:
1-5 years experience in environmental management, experience in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to deliver training to groups
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
