The Environmental Engineer provides site-level technical
support and services for multiple sites across ESCO’s
global operations. Examples of the support include
preparing permit applications, emission inventories,
regulatory reports, plans and procedures for all
environmental disciplines. The position is located in
Portland but interacts on a daily basis with
regional/site EHS managers and site leadership, through
web-based, cloud-based, internet and intranet
applications to provide virtual support. The ideal
candidate excels in learning new and sometimes
multinational regulatory and technical disciplines.

Significant knowledge of federal, state and local
environmental laws and regulations relating to air,
water, solid waste and hazardous waste, with an emphasis
on air. Strong and demonstrated technical writing skills
are a requirement for this position.
