Responsible for development, implementation, and monitoring of environmental compliance programs university-wide (e.g., air, water, waste, hazardous materials). Provide training, guidance, and conducts inspections to ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations. Supervise junior staff members and/or student workers.
Five years work experience in environmental compliance (air, water, regulated waste, hazardous materials).
Minimum Required Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Masters degree from accredited institution in the field of Environmental Health Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or other science/engineering.
Ten years work experience in environmental compliance.
Five years work experience in a University.
Professional certification or eligibility (PE, CHMM , REM , CIH , CSP , etc.).
Five years supervisory experience.
