Program Managers will be responsible for managing multi-year, multi-task contracts for major federal agencies. He/she will execute all technical and management facets of the assigned contracts. Specifically, a Program Manager will:
  • Plan, implement, and oversee a comprehensive, cohesive concept of operations for the assigned contracts
  • Establish and sustain high quality relationships with federal agency counterparts (e.g., PO, COR, COTR)
  • Manage contract resources, including in-house staff, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise (e.g., hazardous materials, waste management, training) across the contract scope
  • Oversee task order and contract-level performance (e.g., technical quality, budget, schedule)
  • Mentor staff as needed
  • Support Business Development within their portfolio
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering
  • 10 years of experience managing multiple federal IDIQ or Task Order contracts in excess of $5M annually
  • Thorough knowledge of major environmental laws including, but not limited to: RCRA, CERCLA, OPA, CWA, SDWA, CAA, TSCA, FIFRA
  • Experience in managing and providing subject matter expertise on Brownfields, Corrective Action, CERCLA (removal/remedial), FUDS, and FUSRAP sites
  • Successful management of training programs on technical and regulatory topics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in chemical or environmental engineering
    PMP Certification
  • Leadership position in environmental professional society/association
  • Prior employment in federal government environmental program
