Overview
WalkerHealthCareIT is seeking an Epic Certified Ambulatory Trainer for a project in AZ. This is a contract position. The Certified Ambulatory Trainer will be working on-site. Requirements
Trainers are paired with a principal trainer and focus on a specific area of the project including:
• Two or more years working as a Certified Trainer in Epic
• Certified on version 2012
• Have two or more major go live support implementations of six months or more
• Understanding of workflows and general understanding of system configuration
• Lead Certified Trainer in Ambulatory and / or Cadence application
• At least 1 year of experience as a classroom and one-on-one trainer, curriculum developer and/or project manager
• Instructional design skills
• Defined and documented detailed current and future state workflows
• Developed lesson plans, QuickStart Guides, Tips and Tricks and assessments
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal communication, and public speaking skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt to change, easily build rapport with others
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Clinical experience preferred but not required

• Weekly pay via Direct Deposit
