Equipment Maintenance Technician
Seeking a candidate with a strong work ethic and who can initiative and work independently.
-Work with the operations team to coordinate maintenance of company equipment
-Inspect and maintain existing equipment
-Help the company with the design of new equipment and updating of existing equipment
-Track equipment that is in house and out in the field
-Assist as a dispatcher for the equipment as a goes throughout the county
-Create and maintain inspection/maintenance schedule
-Conduct training on how the equipment works and operates to staff using the equipment and other maintenance staff
-Oversee field maintenance staff
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Trade School Diploma/training in a mechanical field.
-Ability to work in the office, shop and field
-Troubleshooting and system diagnosis experience
-5 or more years of experience of experience using Microsoft office
-Excellent organizational skills
-Report writing and documentation skills
-Ability to work both in team environment and individually
-Customer service skills
-Strong mechanical aptitude
-Experience working with various types of equipment, machinery, and transportation/automotive equipment
-Ability to lift heavy items
-Shipping experience including international shipping
-Large equipment experience
-Heavy industrial experience
-Valid driver’s license. Commercial Driver’s license is a plus.
