Position Summary: The Equipment Specialist (ES) shall compile required hardware and software configuration data for use with the C3CEN maintenance development process. The contracted employee shall be knowledgeable in the use of a variety of Coast Guard support databases such as ALMIS, AMMIS, ACMS, NESSS, FLS, CMplus and SFLC Central.

The contracted employee shall be knowledgeable in the use of a variety of Coast Guard support databases such as ALMIS, AMMIS, ACMS, NESSS, FLS, CMplus and SFLC Central.

Responsibilities:
This position shall provide the following services;

Assemble required technical data and documentation for use by the Item Manger and Maintenance Analyst supporting the Command Logistics Division.

Develop Maintenance Requirements Index (MRI).

Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).

Identify mandated or supplementary items and tasks that are in addition to the RCM Index.

Assist RCM Analyst in the construction Maintenance Requirements List (MRL).

Create master index of C3CEN developed Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPC).

Assist Item Manager in conducting provisioning analysis and compilation of the parts and material used for the maintenance support.

Construct initial Item Entry Proposal for new supply requirements derived from MPC development.

Compile technical date (MRI, MRL, MPC, etc.) for inclusion into the appropriate Technical Information Management System (TIMS).

Provide customer support to Coast Guard field units to resolve maintenance and logistics questions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four (4) years of applicable work experience in US Coast Guard or Government contracting field with respect to hardware and software configuration data management and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and skills with as many of the listed systems as possible.
