Responsible for providing technical support and training on all factory/site assembly production equipment.
Lead machine repair and light maintenance
Lead thermal profile development
Lead implementation of CIM/CAM programs on equipment
Lead machine process development
Support NPI (New Product Introduction)
Support manufacturing metrics
DPMO review with Process owner-SMT,PTH, Wave
Support continuous improvements
Lead identification of equipment failures
Support process yield improvements
Support machine utilization and downtime improvements
Support CpK testing on equipment
Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business
Additional duties as assigned by management
All candidates must have legal authorization to permanently live and work in the United States without visa or employer sponsorship.
A minimum of an Associate's degree in electro-mechanical, manufacturing systems, military electronics, or similar field , or equivalent experience is required for this position. An Associate's degree in electro-mechanical manufacturing systems is preferred.
Experience of 1 year or more is required for this position assuming education requirements are met. Equivalent industry experience of 3 or more years is highly desirable.
Individual typically has 1 to 3 years experience in an electro-mechanical/maintenance role.
The employee must successfully complete all internal training courses offered by the company necessary to do the job.
