ESTIMATOR
Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, the Estimator performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls. The incumbent displays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
RESPONSIBILITES
·
Accountable for the preliminary or definitive estimates for projects.
·
Calculates estimates by using processes, labor availability and productivity, material prices, based on historical data.
·
Tabulates cost studies, cash flows, and prospect analysis.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
·
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
·
2+ years estimating experience on engineering/construction projects
·
2+ years experience with Icarus Kbase
·
Excellent communication skills, strong math skills, and ability to function within a project team
