Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent field, or equivalent experience.
5 years of construction related experience.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite (2000).
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Valid Driver's License.
Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.
